Service Description

Strengthening by challenging muscles using resistance (bands, weights, bodyweight) while incorporating conditioning exercises elevating your heart rate. This class will help you improve your strength, cardiovascular health, flexibility, mobility and endurance.

Cancellation Policy

You may book a class up to 7 days in advanced. In order to reserve your space in class, you must book at least 8 hours before the class starts. Reservations may be cancelled without penalty by cancelling up to 2 hours prior to the class start time. This must be done online via a client’s account. Cancellations via electronic mail (email), Facebook messenger, Instagram or other social media, voice message, text message are not valid, and the member will be charged. If you do not show up to your scheduled class, a no-show fee of $10 will be charged to your account and the class will not be returned. If you book multiple classes, or waitlist multiple classes, you are solely responsible for cancelling your classes within the bounds of the cancellation policy outlined above. The Studio staff cannot be held responsible for accidental bookings by clients, double bookings, or double waitlisted classes made by members. Late-cancel and no-show fees apply if you do not cancel within the bounds of the cancellation policy for double bookings. Please note that all plans and memberships are not refundable. If member wants to cancel a membership subscription, they will have to pay half of the remaining balance total of the contract. If significant health or life changing circumstances occur, please email and we can further assist you. You can't freeze your membership or class packs. Regarding our no-show policy, you are agreeing that if you don't properly cancel your class you either pay our $10 no show fee, or if using a class pack you do not gain the class back into your account. Clients will be notified via email for any class emergency cancellations on our end.
